Refund and Returns Policy
At Paxas.ae, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, there may be instances where you need to return a product due to damage, defect, or other issues. Our policy outlines the conditions and processes for returns and refunds, in line with the standards set by the United Arab Emirates.
Where Products are not damaged/defective we will only accept return of certain Products on a case by case basis under these Terms. The return process for Products ordered through Paxas.ae can be amended by us, in our sole discretion and may depend on the nature and category of the product ordered.
Conditions for Return
- Notification Period: Customer must notify us of any damaged or defective product(s) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including keeping hygienic seals intact. Used or opened products will not be replaced unless required by law.
- Packaging: Ensure returned products are adequately packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
- Return Process: Contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for collection. A driver or shipping partner will pickup your return. The product will be inspected upon receipt to determine if the return is possible.
Returns for Non-Damaged/Defective Products
- We accept returns of certain products on a case-by-case basis.
- The return process may vary depending on the product category and our discretion.
Refunds
- Approval: Once we accept the return and receive the product, we will process the refund based on the original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds to credit/debit cards will be processed within 15 working days. Delays due to banking processes are beyond our control.
- Other Payment Methods: Refunds for other payment methods will be made by cheque payable to the person named on our invoice and provided at the time of order within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
- Bank Account: Check your bank account if the refund hasn’t been received.
- Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company as there may be a delay in posting.
- Bank: Contact your bank for processing time inquiries.
- Customer Service: If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, email us at contact@paxas.ae
Sale items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at contact@paxas.ae and send the item to: CEO Building Office No. 609, Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai – UAE.
Gifts
- Gift Marked Items: If the items was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the returned item.
- Non-Gift Marked Items: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns

- Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Shipping Time: The time for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.
- Trackable Shipping Service: For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
